This notice explains what personal data Brantholm Photography ("we") collects when you enquire, book or visit this site, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your name, your partner's name, email, phone number, wedding date, venue and anything you choose to tell us in an enquiry. If you book, we also keep your contract and payment records.
Your photographs
We store the photographs from your day for at least two years in a private online gallery and in two offline backups. We only show photographs on this site or social media with your written agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for six years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it, by emailing hello@brantholm.example. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
